If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service team by calling or emailing us.

Please call 435-213-9206 Monday through Friday 9AM - 2PM MST. If there is not a direct answer, kindly leave a voicemail and we will return your call within 24-72 hours. You may also email us with order # in subject line and we will respond within 24-72 hours.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. 

Kindly notify us before returning an item, allowing us to watch for its arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure the item is in a resalable condition when returning it to our facility, and remember to include your name and order number inside the box.

Shipping Notes

Once your package departs from our warehouse, the responsibility for delivery shifts to UPS or USPS. We lack control over any subsequent events. If your package is lost or damaged, kindly reach out to us for assistance in locating your items. Please allow us time to aid in processing insurance claims with the relevant shipping services.
