Return policy for all orders placed on DonAslett.com or Amazon.com

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service team by calling or emailing us. Please call 435-213-9206 Monday through Friday 9AM - 2PM MST if we do not answer kindly leave a voicemail and we will try to return your call within 24-36 hours. Contact us by email hello@donaslett.com with order # in subject line.

  • If order comes damaged or wrong items have been sent we will be sure to make this right! Please email photos to hello@donaslett.com
  • If you are wanting to return your item because you changed your mind, you will need to pay shipping back to us and a 10% restocking fee.

Once photos have been submitted and a customer service agent has been in contact with you please follow the next steps:

Please return the item back to our facility in re-sellable condition with your name and order number inside the box.

Shipping

UPS, FedEx, and USPS have been experiencing longer than normal shipping times. We at DonAslett.com are doing our best to ship all orders within 24 business hours.  While some packages are arriving within normal shipping time frames, we have also been notified by the carriers that many are being slowed down.
