Returns Due to Our Error

If the return is due to our mistake (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Once the item is received, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund.
